Unusual candle holders sit upon the top shelf staring down at their potential owners. What thoughts go on inside their empty heads? Do they really want to hold your candles? Or are they really planning on taking over your living room once you get them home?

Cheap Gas Prices
If that's not the cheapest gas price I've ever seen, I don't know what is. Sadly, it was all just a ruse. The pumps were all tied up.

Smart and the MoMA
The Museum of Modern Art has always had unusual displays pertaining to innovative designs. This time, while I don't know exactly what the new exhibit is going to be over, it appears to have a Smart Car featured in it. Better still, it that it's the European Smart ForTwo, 450 model, and not the newer 451 which made it over to the States too (note the rear side windows).

Power / Splice
The faded text on a telecom switch box indicating that the power and splice should be inside. Probably nothing all that fancy or exciting, however I like the faded aspect to it giving it a long term industrial look, despite that the boxes are only a few years old.

Life and Death
Life above and death below. Obviously one shouldn't go digging around this unless they want to be electrocuted...

Jar Head
This little elf is just daring you to try and take the cookies out of his head. That's right. Just stare into his little blue eyes while you scoop out his chocolate chipped brains. I dare you.

4
Closeup view of light pole base number four. Worn, stenciled paint, cement, and some water, all make for a good industrial style shot.
I won't tell you where though. Well... Maybe if you ask...

Shadowed
For those who haven't noticed already, I have a thing for self-portraits done with just shadows. There's something both personal and anonymous about it all at the same time.

Limp Steeple
What looks like a lightning strike form the road looks more like just wind damage up close. Either way, there's plenty of commentary to be made about religion and limp steeples.
As seen at the Rowlett cemetery in Plano, Texas.
