Movie Barcodes

When I first chose the name for this blog all I thought about was what I was doing when I took a picture, which was mainly taking a three dimensional world and compressing it down to two dimensions. Add in a little bit of design items and elements which make me stop and think "Wow!" and you've got what is here today.

Which catching up on my reading on one of my latest favorites, The Fox Is Black, I came across his post on moviebarcode, which takes my initial thoughts and goes one step farther. Movies are already two-dimensional in image, but are three dimensional when you add in time. Take that dimension and compress it down again and you get movie bar codes, which shows all the frames of a movie compressed into one image.
